Teach a Skill:
Individuals who work with our Participants must go through our volunteer trauma-informed training.
Business Partnership:
The 1/99 Business Partnership Program focuses on establishing a strong support system for the employer by providing a liaison who works with the participant in the event challenges may arise. We are committed to providing a work environment that is open to learning, growth, and positive engagement between the employer and 1/99 employees.
Donate furniture, clothing, and other items.
Mentor:
Help a 1/99 Survivor. This involves consistent time commitment.
Some of the many ways that volunteers can engage with 1/99 participants are: teaching a skill, leading a group, sharing a meal, providing transportation, assisting with a home project, and much more. Volunteers who wish to contribute directly with participants are required to go through our volunteer training. Please fill out this 1/99 Volunteer Application. Once it is submitted and approved, we will send further information.
